BACKGROUND
Siemens being one of the leading Multi-National-Company (MNC) has to engage with their Management, Senior executives and employee to lower level and that too sitting in various locations in India and they need one stop solution for all these.
OBJECTIVE
The objective was to build a virtual event setup where Siemens can interact and engage with all their employees together at same platform and everyone can interact with each other.
APPROACH
The approach was very clear where we need to set up a system where the top management can simply communicate with all the executives in a single click and everyone can see the all the event agenda and details with the same link. People can vote, can share feedbacks and other pointers altogether. We recently hosted the prestigious Siemens India Business Conference 2021 for its employees across India. The conference staged against a picturesque virtual island had a conference arena, engagement zone and an awards area.
